Principais aspectos jurídicos sobre a aposentadoria dos servidores públicos federais titulares de cargos efetivos e vitalícios : construção de um sistema visual gráfico

Abstract

Retirement is a relevant theme in the context of individuals as much as it is relevant in public administration sphere, since it can be seen as of general interest and the fact that the legislation has changed, allowing broader possibilities of retirement and making it a much more complex matter – according to demographic changes and taking into consideration the professional scenario the country has gone through in the last two decades and the consequent Brazilian Social Welfare Reform. Having both bibliographic and practical natures, this paper has the purpose of examining and describing the legislation pertaining to retirement of the federal civil servants who have an effective, lifetime position in order to presenting it in a visual, graphic language, in conformity with infographics and information design. The visual product proposed is presented as an example of application of information design in the informative demands of the public institutions, aiming at making them clearer, attractive and – for this very reason – accessible to the citizens, taking into account the fact that this is a communication task in the public administration
