Resumo
The initial questions that motivate this research: About what are we researching? How to choose our researching methods? How to tell the story of a life? How to give voice to our interlocutors in a fair and beautiful way? How do you tell a story? How do you write a life? How do you observe a life? Which stories do you handle to listen, to tell, to make others observe? What have we been doing with ourselves nowadays? We have organized this essay in articles. In the first article, we ask ourselves why is it important to talk and tell stories. We run over the notion of biographeme – proposed by Roland Barthes – which means a powerful strategy to think about the writing of life. The biographeme calls our attention at the same time it reassures the fiction and leans on the fragmentation, on the writing of the details and on the affirmation of intermittent facts, not seeking for a faithful and full register of what existed. Still in this article, we argue the valuableness of producing images of a life as a device to create a biographeme. In the second article, we thought about which stories we handle to tell, to “biographemate”; discuss the purpose of this research as to think about ways of life that are being produced contemporaneously. Thus, we propose a reflection regarding the interface between life styles and the present production of an abusive use of psychotropic drugs, throughout the usage of biografemathicimagetic by fractions of one of the lives (which uses the psychotropic medication) that we found during these two years of research. Therefore, we display the reader not only a biographeme through images from Beatriz, but a reflection regarding the methods of subjectivizing in “state of stillness”.
