Research and development in conilon and robusta coffee

Abstract

This book summarizes and illustrates the way the Center for Research Excellence in Conilon Coffee works and how its research and development projects are carried out. The fascinating beauty of coffee flowers and evolution of fruit maturation are shown and several genotypes registered by UFES, among others, are presented. This illustrative material informs about coffee - for centuries the main crop in the state of Espírito Santo and Brazil
