Resumo
Plants are an important source of compounds with pharmacological properties beneficial to human health. Among the classes of natural products, flavonoids comprise a large group of polyphenolic compounds that draws the attention of researchers due to the vast repertoire of biological properties used. The 1,2,3-triazole nucleus is a synthetic heterocyclic that has a variety of biological properties, being applied by 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition. Due to the importance of 6-hydroxy-flavanone (3) and triazoles, widespread use in the literature and in the diversity of biological activities, or the present work aims at the statistics of new 3 ether and triazole episodes, via the chemical click by cycloaddition reaction of azido-catalyzed acid by Cu (I) (CuAAC), preparation of ethers used by Williamson staining, bimolecular nucleophilic substitution (SN2), as well as characterization of the structures of use by spectroscopy techniques 1H and 13C NMR and two-dimensional HSQC, HMBC and COZY and evaluation in biological activity test for Fusarium Solani. In this context, fast synthetic methods and few steps were used for these analyzes 19 compounds of building blocks 3, seven esters that exhibited: 17.4% to 59.3% and triazoles, including between 14.5% to 99.4 %. Finally, it should be noted that 13 analogous compounds from building block 3 were subjected to the evaluation of biological activity against Fusarium Solani
