Resumo
This dissertation investigates work well-being and compassion fatigue among nursing technicians at the Women’s Health Unit of Ebserh. The qualitative study used semi-structured interviews and content analysis to identify factors influencing occupational health and propose interventions to improve the work environment. Findings show that professional recognition, social support, and task redistribution are key aspects to reduce fatigue and enhance team engagement. As a practical contribution, two technical products were developed: a Procedures and Conduct Manual and a Playful and Illustrated Guide, both designed for direct application in the institution. These products aim to standardize practices, facilitate the identification of fatigue signals, and foster preventive and educational actions for the nursing staff.
