Abstract

The present work aims to study the internal communication tool of a public educational institution, a newsletter, through the evaluation of the attributes required for a news to be posted on this vehicle. Thus, it seeks to create a document with a list of news values that guide the news selection, production and dissemination in the newsletter and contribute to improve the internal communication inside the organization. A review of the materials and the creation of this document will use the news values already used in journalism as a reference to define what is news
