- ItemProdução de jogos online com descritores de biologia/paebes: suas contribuições para aprendizagem(Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo, 2022-08-12) Almeida, Juliana Tessarolo de; Souza, Marco Antonio Andrade de; https://orcid.org/0000-0003-1190-8834; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4683031081739485; Canete, Carolina Lomando; https://orcid.org/0000000238683703; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4443575779106615Currently one of the great challenges for teachers in the classroom is the lack of student motivation, resulting in low performance. This performance of students in the State of Espírito Santo is evaluated through an external evaluation, Programa de Avaliação da Educação Básica do Espírito Santo (PAEBES), based on the results of this evaluation in the discipline of Biology, which found that the indexes of the participating school in this survey had results below the target. With that, this research aimed to create didactic games online to assist in the learning of the discipline of Biology, approaching contents inserted in the descriptors of the PAEBES test. Students from the 2nd Grade of High School from a state school in the city of Linhares/ES participated in the research and the 4 selected descriptors, which presented the lowest rate of use of the latest editions of PAEBES were D55, D48, D04 and D54. To develop the games, the students were divided into groups, by descriptors, and used the gamification tools of the wordwall site, which provides game models to be adapted. Eleven didactic games were produced and shared among the groups, providing opportunities for learning about the contents belonging to all the descriptors of this research. To assess whether the games helped in the learning of the students, who created and played these educational games online, two questionnaires created in Google Forms with objective questions that addressed the contents of the Biology discipline charged in the PAEBES test were used for data collection. The questionnaires were applied before the creation of the games by the groups, in order to diagnose what the participants' prior knowledge of these contents was and after the creation of the games To assess whether the games helped students' learning, two questionnaires created in Google Forms were used for data collection with objective questions that addressed the contents of the Biology discipline charged in the aforementioned PAEBES test. The results showed that the games contributed positively to the learning of the contents addressed in the questions of the questionnaires, showing an increase in correct answers in all the descriptors used.
