For these the samples were heat treated at 800C for 10, 120 and 240 minutes beside the sample under the condition as received. These treated resulted in the precipitation of deleterious phases and paramagnetic phases. DL-EPR test had been made in 2M H2SO4 + 1M HCL solution using sweep rate 1,67 mV/s for the purpose quantify sensitization degree. Had been made measurement of Barkhausen magnetic noise, noise RMS, Peak, Remanence, Coercivity, Magnetic flux density in the saturation, and besides that had been got magnetic hysteresis curve of material for each condition to explore the equipament used and observe the magnetic changes cause material degradation due heat treated. The material suffered a considerable change in the propotion ferrite-austenite due heat treated. Thus DL-EPR resuts was able measure sensitization degree in each condition, besides that, the Barkhausen magnetic noise, RMS, remanence and magnetic flux density showed good correlations with change of ferrite volumetric percentage showing promising analyzes in the study material degradation.
