Hence, the Internet, due to its broad scope and increased popularity, has a primary role in the socialization of its content. When thinking about inclusion, one also needs to identify the factors of exclusion, and in this context one faces an important issue in today's society: the inclusion of individuals with special needs. Assistive technologies are designed to make it possible the inclusion in the digital environment, however in order to that goal to be achieved, softwares used must follow standards so that the information provided is correctly perceived by the user. This also applies to access and Web browsing, for which there are already guidelines that must be followed to remove the obstructive elements. Although they exist, standards to follow for web accessibility are aimed at developers who have sufficient knowledge of programming. In environments where the focus is the joint construction of knowledge, it is essential that the actual creation process facilitates the monitoring of standards. This is the case of the MOrFEu Project, which main purpose is flexibility so that the user can group his productions into structures different from those pre-defined. This research proposes accessibility model specific to the MOrFEu Project, taking into account its essential elements as UPI, vehicles of communication and use of templates. To validate such proposal, a prototype was developed providing a set of tools to show their practical application in designing an accessible environment to all users.
