Resumo
The reading of Clarice Lispector's work allows handling the numerous investigations of the issues that cross between her life and literary work. This research elects the issue of gender relations and the construction of the female subject for the purpose to intercross narratives and characters by Lispector as critical motto to modern discourse that has imposed essentialist and finished identities. It aims are to understand the place of gender in Lispector's production, realizing the deconstruction processes of female subjectivity developed by the author; based on the post-colonial studies, identify the transits, hybridity and the undecidability of contemporary and feminine identities in the use of analytical instruments by Gayatri Spivak (2012), Stuart Hall (2014), Homi Bhabha (2013), Judith Butler (1998), Toril Moi (2006), Karina Bidaseca (2003), María Lugones (2010), Aníbal Quijano (2013), among others. For this, five tales were chosen to be analyzed and they narrate real or metaphorical experience of borders, margins and displacements, namely: The escape, The Journey to Petropolis, The train departure, The P Language and He drank me. We propose the analytical potential of Lispector's texts for the latest debates in feminist theories, despite the impossibility of classifying the author in any labels. Also, we conclude the relevance of concerns about the persistent colonialities of power, knowledge and mainly human being in the emphasis on subordination and gender silencing, not infrequently, at the intersection with the class, the source region and the generation.
