Resumo
The Programa Institucional de Bolsa de Iniciação à Docência – PIBID was created by the Federal Government in 2007. The State Elementary School and High School Wallace Castello Dutra, in Guriri, county of São Mateus (ES), now counts on the work of scholars of PIBID in the year 2013. Within this context, this research seeks a role for the program in the school and raise the caregivers for the work of scholars. These motives are analyzed from the point of view of the pibidianos themselves. Through questionnaires and interviews, this research sought to ascertain the impressions, feelings and inspirations of the fellows themselves regarding the work they do in school, as they contribute to the learning of the high school students, in what way PIBID influences the formation of future teacher, such as the relationship with the student and the titular teacher, what types of activities are developed, positive points and fragile points, if the actions of the fellows interfere in any way with the results obtained by the school in external evaluations. The main objective is to analyze how the work of fellows contributes to improve the teaching-learning process in high school classes. This research was motivated by the curiosity to investigate the motives of praises to the performance of the pibidianos. The Wallace Castello Dutra School was defined as a field of research because it favors group monitoring, since the researcher has been an effective teacher at the school since 2014 and is resident in the same neighborhood. The theoretical reference emphasizes the importance of language in mediation processes, based mainly on Vygotsky's ideas. In the methodological aspect, this inquiry is made under the qualitative aspect, with analysis of discourse in the socio-historical perspective. Finally, it is concluded that, as determinants in the quality of the work developed by the scholarship holders, are the taste they had, or acquired, in the classroom, the tips that the titular directors share, interaction with the teacher and with the students, development of experimental activities, simpler vocabulary, deepening of academic studies, search for contextualization of activities, commitment to use resources beyond the white board, planning of the regency and autonomy given by the titular teacher.
