Introduction: The Systematization of Care and the Nursing Process are themes of daily work and show quality and safe care for people who benefit from technicalscientific care. However, among the main difficulties in complying with the legislation in relation to the Nursing Process, the lack of theoretical knowledge, practical exercise and resources stands out, as well as the lack of time for its realization, making it routine, without sufficient scientific backing. In line with the Organization and Evaluation of Health Care Systems research line, this project sought to meet a demand for the production of new tools that result in changes in practices and work contexts. Objectives: To develop and evaluate the content of a digital guide on the systematization of nursing care and the nursing process. Method: This is applied research on technological development, developed in three stages: 1) Preparation of content through a scope review. 2) Content evaluation that followed the online Delphi Panel methodology, with a minimum agreement of 80%. And it was evaluated by 46 nurses on the "ability to express the content", "organization (order) of content", "relevance to the theme", "language adequacy", "image adequacy and clarification", "organization, sequence and structure”. 3) Organization and layout of the digital guide. Results/Products: The technical production was a digital guide organized in 03 parts: 1) Defining concepts: which presents the concepts of systematization of care and nursing process, and discusses methods, staff dimensioning and instruments; 2) Nursing Process: Steps, Consultation, Concepts and Theories, Process Records and Nursing Classifications; 3) Strategies for implementing the nursing process. In addition to the textual content, 31 illustrations were created, which seek to exemplify, reinforce and self-explain the relevant content. As for the 46 nurses, 67.49% were under 40 years old, 82.6% were female; they had between 1 and 47 years of professional training, and in relation to the degree, 41.3% had a master's degree, 41.3% a specialization and 13% a doctorate. The experts assessed that the content is pertinent, clear, objective, organized, with adequate and scientifically coherent language and images, and has a coherent and pertinent organization, sequence and structure. The judges' agreement index ranged between 89.1% and 100%. Conclusion: This guide contributes to the execution and implementation of the NP in the different scenarios of nursing practice, enabling quick, simple, direct and qualified access to fundamental knowledge, which will help in professional practice with more security and legitimacy. The digital guide is relevant for scientific and technological development, having the potential to generate impact and be applied at local, regional and national level, as it is available online on a website and can be used in teaching-learning as support for nurses and students and to bring subsidies for advancing the implementation of the nursing process/consultation. The guide was sent to the Regional Council of Nursing, Department of Nursing at UFES and the Nursing Care Systematization Commission at the university hospital.
