O programa Escola Viva no município de Alegre: o desenvolvimento do trabalho docente a partir da perspectiva dos professores

Resumo
The present work is understood in the field of Basic Education and has as its object of study the “Program of State High Schools in Single Turn”, popularly known as “Escola Viva” Program, implemented by the state of Espírito Santo in 2015. The main objective of this research is to discuss the meanings of this new model of organization and operation proposed by the program for the development of teaching work. From this perspective, a case study was carried out at the state school “Aristeu Aguiar”, located in the city of Alegre, where from the Marxian conceptions that guide this work theoretically and methodologically, we were able to understand to some extent the interests and concepts that are embedded in the program and the implications of its methodology for the work of teachers. From the methodological principles with which we seek to build this investigation, the historicity, the historical materialism, the totality and the movement of contradiction, which guided the process of interpretation, analysis and discussions that were conducted, the research reveals the premises that dare materiality and institutionality of the program, and enables us to respond to our main objective by noting that this new model of organization and functioning implemented by the “Escola Viva” Program has as meaning for the development of the teaching work its instrumentalization, realized from a pedagogical and methodological model full of restrictions that, planned by the private sector, reflects not only its managerial mechanics but, mainly, its interests
