Although recent studies address these aspects, it is still necessary to understand how team members influence each other in the creative process. To fill this gap, the study aimed to understand the contribution of psychological safety considering the initial stage of creativity, the generation of ideas, as well as the exchange of ideas within the work team. The theoretical basis is based on studies that deal with creativity and psychological safety, forming robust content for analyzing the data obtained. To achieve this purpose, an empirical study was conducted in the obstetric unit of a public hospital, following the routine of the work team. Data collection involved participant observation and interviews with 24 members of the multidisciplinary team, including obstetricians, anesthesiologists and neonatologists, obstetrics residents, nurses and nursing technicians. The results highlight the challenges of professional interconnection, showing the need to maintain a climate of psychological safety modified by changes in team members and resident turnover, negatively impacting team interaction. Furthermore, the amount of time residents spend with the team helps build trust. Furthermore, the lack of psychological safety was noticeable both among team members and leaders, evidenced by difficulties in communication and acceptability of ideas by residents. The findings also reveal interpersonal conflicts, ineffective communication, hiding and devaluation of ideas. These contexts revealed the importance of training leaders to be able to minimize the negative aspects of professional interconnection challenges, and make beneficial use of this annual insertion of residents as new team members bringing new ideas

Mobbing field of studies is expanding, and some studies indicate that organizations must prepare their leaders to deal with mobbing prevention. This study seeks to fill a gap in the field of mobbing, which is to deepen the ways these managers learn to prepare themselves for issues of mobbing, further than the training process suggested by the main studies. This research demonstrated the main forms of learning and mobbing prevention strategies that managers use in their routines, with emphasis on reflective learning processes and the influence of positive leadership conduct as an example in preventing mobbing. In this way, the research contributes to deepening the direction that the main studies in the mobbing field attribute to the preparation that managers need, in order to lead preventive efforts in organizations.

Theoretical assumptions were used that deal with sustainability, its connection with people management, which is translated into practices, and the respective perception of workers, that corresponds to the process of sense-building in the environment through the interpretation of sensory impressions. For this, a qualitative research was carried out, of descriptive and interpretative character, under the strategy of investigation of multiple case studies, combining documentary analysis techniques and semi-structured interviews to three groups of participants: strategic HR management, HR tactical representatives and workers. The Alfa and Beta cases were selected considering the size of the companies, being the first one in the retail market and the second one in the automotive sector. The data was analyzed by thematic analysis, resulting in the creation of themes and sub-topics that directed the discussion. The development of research points out that strategic HR directors in organizations are still linked to financial objectives and that the integration of sustainability into HR is still a process under construction; the study also indicates that companies make continuous attempts to internalize sustainability in their processes and, finally, it is inferred that workers perceive the implemented practices. However, it is emphasized that some of the main barriers are the understanding about sustainability and the strength of the HR system

In theoretical terms, this study adopts concepts and definitions related to strategy, organizational improvisation and the specificities of medium and small business. More specifically, it focuses on the strategic management and the decisions made by managers of four organizations in the face of the needs of adaptation towards unpredictable situations. The study of the practices adopted by these firms managers were investigated in business of the mortuary section, that faced an increase on demand, brand-new sanitary regulations, financial crisis, lack of resources, etc. This study explores the practices understood as strategic, mainly as a less costly and fast alternative towards situations of pressure. Hence, it gives emphasis to the role of sensemaking into the adoption of deliberately strategy, emergent strategy, micro strategy and organizational improvisation. Thus, it is a multiple case study of qualitative, descriptive and exploratory nature. The data was collected by using interviews and the analysis was done with thematic analysis. The tracing of the improvisational cases allowed a deep analysis of the context in which the improvisation manifested itself and the elements that facilitated its occurrence. From the investigation, it was revealed that organizational improvisation manifests itself primordially in contexts of informal management, in which a flexible structure allows managers to find solutions based on experience and insights.

Methodologically, I used the descriptive qualitative approach. The data were produced in conjunction with six Afroentrepreneurs living in Espírito Santo, based on participant observations and semistructured interviews. For data analysis, I used interpretative narrative analysis. The main research results show that Afro-entrepreneurs can be configured as social entrepreneurs; they undertake out of necessity, accumulate more than one source of income, work in excessive hours, studied in public schools, live in peripheral neighborhoods and have informal businesses. Afro-entrepreneurs have, based on their products and services, disseminating knowledge related to their Afro-Brazilian ancestry. The pride in being black is present in several moments of the reports produced in this study. The relationship with the job market has been reconfigured within Afro-entrepreneurship, moving from a "hard area" to a "black space" where entrepreneurs are valued by their clients who seek them by identification. Difficulties, limitations and strategies are reported in this context. From a study, we realized that it is urgent to think about actions that increase the insertion and permanence of black men and women in schools, universities and in the labor market. The limitations of this study are concentrated in regional and temporal terms. As a research delimitation, we do not address gender intersectionality. It appears as possibilities for future research the deepening of other issues experienced by Afro-entrepreneurs based on the intersectionality of race, class and gender

Research was carried out whit18 women, using a semi-structured interview, and the data was analyzed by content analysis technique. The theoretical framework was based on the Social Cognitive Career Theory was used (Lent; Brown; Hackett, 1994). This theory made it possible to understand the career development of these women, considering the contextual variables present when they entered the public sector. In this study, it was possible to identify that reconciling study and work, household chores, caring for the family, gender prejudice, among others, were barriers that interfered with their pursuit of a public career, and that most of these barriers were mitigated by the perceived support, determination, and resilience of these women in reaching their desired career goals and remaining in it

This is a qualitative approach with the strategy of exploring a new or little-studied phenomenon. As a method of data collection, it uses semi-structured interviews and as a method of data analysis, coding is used according to grounded theory. The study approaches the professional acting as PMO AAS as the research subject. The results show some competences mobilized by the PMO AAS for specific functions faced during real work situations, in addition to considering the role of the context that may or may not influence their performance. An example: in a situation of organizational restructuring that negatively impacted the project schedule, negotiation, conflict management and communication skills were mobilized by the professional PMO AAS to be competent in the task of monitoring and controlling the project's performance. This research systematizes and presents the French aspect of competence to study the phenomenon of PMO AAS, expanding the understanding of what is a recent and little studied phenomenon. And it ends up contributing empirically to the literature on PMO insofar as the findings indicate possibilities to format a trail of training better directed to the real situations of the project office, where organizations can take advantage to train their collaborators as well as the workers can enhance their employability.
