This research aims, initially, trace the trajectory of the agroecological movement in Brazil, based on the criticism of the agricultural modernization process, the mobilizations of alternative agriculture in the 80s and the prospect of Knowledge Ecology in the construction of agroecological knowledge . For this, initially we characterize what we mean by agroecological movement, approaching to the social movement and networks concepts. Following, we treat the milestones in the trajectory of the agroecological movement in relation to the valuation of knowledge, checking processes, especially in the political dimension and in the field of methodologies that allow us to approach the dynamics of agroecological movement of the ecology of knowledge, as well as breaks with colonialities of knowledge and power.
