    O trabalho dos psicólogos do Tribunal de Justiça do Espírito Santo do ponto de vista da atividade

    This research aimed to analyze the work of psychologists that act in the Centrals of Multidisciplinary Support of The Supreme State Court of Espirito Santo. It also fallowed the strategies and actions that these workers are implementing and sharing among them, and consequently altering the work in the Centrals and in The Supreme Court. That is the reason why it started form the point of view of work. The main theoretical intercessors summoned to foster the analysis were: Yves Clot and Christophe Dejours, as well as contributions from Michael Foucault. As far as methodology is concerned, we opted for an approach based on cartography, in which we try to follow the subjects' processes, movements and intensities. In order to achieve the goals, 4 psychologists from the Centrals of Cariacica, Serra, Vila Velha and Vitoria were interviewed. They were recorded and transcribed afterwards. The interviews were based on a script which target to vary the conversations with the professionals focusing on topics that were more structural to build the service and the practice developed on a daily basis. The script combined issues related to the final objectives of the Centrals of Multidisciplinary Support, to the workers autonomy to organize their actions, to the places where the workers build and share knowledge and work strategies, among other issues. It was perceived from the analysis that the psychlogists that work in the Centrals add something from themselves to their prescriptions, they build rooms for discussion and sharing of the work strategies. Their focus is life care and the attempt to develop a good job.
