Resumo
This thesis aimed to identify the conceptions of crisis and intervention strategies used by professionals who work or have worked in CAPS II, with individuals in crisis, in the interior of (the state of) Pernambuco. We used a semi-structured itinerary to interview seven professionals, and to analyze the data the qualitative methodological approach to discourse analysis. The results were organized into four main categories: the first deals with the significance and meanings attributed to crisis situations by professional staff, detailed in three subcategories: design, background and motivation for the crisis. The second relates to strategies for the care of the crisis analyzed in four subcategories: Singular Therapeutic Project (TSP), insertion of the family, inputs and psychopharmacology and approach the family; and the third category deals with the challenges to deal with the crisis broken down into: team, professional mobilization, and network management. And, finally, the medical discharge and its relation to the crisis, detailed in two subcategories: medical discharge and discharge for abandon and administrative reasons. With this survey, we intend to bring data to provide a reflection of the proposed intervention developed by CAPS II professionals, for individuals in crisis and contributing to the discussion on the training and professional practice in mental health in the region.
