Resumo
This research aims to study, based on real situations of occurrence, the different interactive frames lived in interactions between a subject with Alzheimer's Disease (AD) and different interlocutors. The subject of the study is 84 years old, male, diagnosed with mild AD, and he was selected because of the family proximity between him and the researcher. This subject was diagnosed by clinical assessment of a medical specialist in geriatrics and evaluation that included observation of neuropsychological, neuroimaging and pathological factors. The corpus of this study consists of data obtained through audio and video recordings, transcribed under the rules of transcription from the NURC-SP Project (2007). Data analysis considers aspects such as aging, people with Alzheimer's (PA), the performance of different interlocutors and characterization of the different interactive frames. From there, we tried to observe how the alignments between a person with Alzheimer's and different interlocutors occur, in the framing process, in the interactions being studied. To investigate these issues we propose an interface between Interactional Sociolinguistics and Neurolinguistics. Thus, authors such as Goffman (1998), Tannen & Wallat ([1987] 2002) and Morato (2010, 2011), especially, are fundamental to this study. More objectively, we intend to show how an understanding of interactional processes involving people with Alzheimer's Disease may contribute to the monitoring and quality of life of these people. Furthermore, we aim to contribute to the existing literature on the subject, which is still a bit sparse.
