Tuberculosis is a disease that never ceased to be a public health problem in developing countries, even today, is a serious health problem worldwide. The evaluation of health services is an area of much relevance because directs public policy and provides the planning of actions aimed at improving service to users. In Brazil, efforts to control tuberculosis are undergoing evaluation of user satisfaction in operational studies. In this study the main objective is to assess user satisfaction with services that provide health efforts to control tuberculosis in Vitoria, ES, through the application of a questionnaire validated in Brazil by Villa and Ruffino (2009) to meet user in the program of tuberculosis. Therefore one has outlined an epidemiological study, cross-sectional and descriptive in Vitoria two basic health units as the backdrop for the study. The study population consisted of 72 patients. The results showed that the characterization of patients and the disease: 63.9% of users were male, the majority of respondents were single (a) s (48.6%), the pulmonary form of TB was found in 80.6% of tuberculosis patients. The assessment of the scale infrastructure took the medication as an indicator better assessed with 66.7% approval, receipt of bus passes was not perceived by 22.2% of the population studied. The accessibility to services related to tuberculosis treatment 90.8% considered very good at waiting for medical consultation, however, the supervised dose was not perceived by 41.7% of users. Regarding user interface team: the team had full approval of 97.02%, yet the community health agent was not noticed for 50% of patients. In the overall assessment of patients evaluated the users very well the services are offered in two units of analysis in the study. Conclusion: It is necessary to rethink public policies to care for tuberculosis, the allowances that should be offered in accordance with the standards of the national program should be implemented to improve the cure rate and dropout and review the possibility of reintegration of the Community Agent Health as an essential actor.
