Abstract

June of 2013 represented a milestone in the political history of Brazil by the spread of a wave of protests in several cities. It had in the movement Passe Livre de São Paulo (PLSP) its genesis and in the strong allied internet for organization, mobilization and divulgation of facts occurred in the streets. This dissertation focuses on this context and intends to carry out an analysis regarding the performance of the movement Passe Livre São Paulo on Facebook surrounding the protests against the increase of the rate of collective transportation in the city of São Paulo, comprising interpretative pictures, interactions and repertoires employed In the online environment surrounding their acts performed on the street.
