dc.description.abstractIn 2022, the Law 12.711/12, which addresses Affirmative Action Policies, celebrated ten years since its approval. We are experiencing a moment of great concerns regarding its dismantlement and also the policies of student retention in Higher Education Institutions. Cuts in funding for Higher Education are guided by a neoliberal Reason of State that is based on an education that captures individuals through the model of homo oeconomicus, or self-manager, affecting the bodies of students through methods of normalization and discipline, supported by biopolitical and necropolitical technologies. Thereby, our objective is to follow the construction of spaces that contemplated the production of other knowledge and references, the affirmation of the performative aspects of students and their everyday resistances. The attempt was always made from the perspective of thinking about how to strengthen university retention and the production of spaces of belonging for those students who, as a rule, did not have access to the University territory. The cartographic research-intervention was carried out at UFES, aligned with the extension project "Recorpar: the reenchantment of the body through an ethos of learning," which has a partnership with the Office of Student Affairs and Citizenship (Proaeci). The field diary was used throughout the research-intervention period. In it, the events and intensities felt during the work were recorded. We understand that the field diary, in addition to being a research tool, also serves as an instrument of analysis since, when revisiting it for the writing of the final text, affections and tensions that we had not been aware of emerge from the records as fundamental analyzers for the work. In addition, data and information on the reality of Affirmative Action Policies and Student Assistance Policies were collected at the national level and in the context of UFES, bringing with it the historical context of the struggle for the affirmation of these rights. The experience with the Recorpar Project resulted in the realization of two groups of clinical-group intervention in which the forged devices sought to address themes worked on together with the students, based on the demands observed in moments of individual reception of the participants. Through body and movement experiments, spaces, other places, heterotopias were created that contribute to the debate on the expansion of micropolitical strategies of resistance in the scope of Student Assistance Policies at the University. Thus, the focus on the creation of spaces, as places, as territories, as belongings, speaks to a dimension from which we can think, in today's world, about political practices that defend a truly democratic university in terms of access, retention, and the right to exist.
dc.description.resumoNo ano de 2022, a Lei 12.711/12, que pauta as Políticas de Ação Afirmativa, completou 10 anos de aprovação. Vivenciamos um momento de muitas preocupações acerca do seu desmantelamento e também das políticas de permanência nas Instituições de Ensino Superior. Os cortes de verbas no Ensino Superior são norteados por uma Razão de Estado neoliberal que se baseia numa educação que captura sujeitos através do modelo do homo oeconomicus, ou empresário de si, afetando os corpos dos(as) estudantes através de métodos de normatização e disciplina, apoiados em tecnologias biopolíticas e necropolíticas. Objetivamos assim, acompanhar a construção de espaços que contemplem a produção de outros saberes e referências, de afirmação das performatividades das e dos estudantes e de suas resistências cotidianas. A tentativa se fez sempre na perspectiva de pensar como fortalecer a permanência na universidade e a produção de espaços de pertencimento daquelas e daqueles estudantes que, via de regra, não acessavam o território da Universidade. A pesquisa-intervenção cartográfica foi realizada na UFES, alinhada ao projeto de extensão “Recorpar: o reencantamento do corpo por um ethos de aprendizagem”, que mantém uma parceria com a Pró-Reitoria de Assuntos Estudantis e Cidadania (Proaeci). O diário de campo foi utilizado durante todo o período da pesquisa-intervenção. Nele, foram registrados os acontecimentos e intensidades sentidas ao longo do trabalho. Compreendemos que o diário de campo, além de ser uma ferramenta de pesquisa, configura-se também como instrumento de análise, uma vez que, ao visitá-lo para a escrita do texto final, afetos e tensões que não havíamos nos dado conta, saltam dos registros como analisadores fundamentais ao trabalho. Além disso, foram levantados dados e informações sobre a realidade das Políticas Afirmativas e Políticas de Assistência Estudantil, no âmbito nacional e no contexto da UFES, trazendo consigo o contexto histórico de luta pela afirmação desses direitos. A experiência junto ao Projeto Recorpar resultou na realização de dois grupos de intervenção clínico-grupais nos quais os dispositivos forjados buscaram compor com temáticas trabalhadas juntamente com os(as) estudantes, a partir das demandas observadas em momentos de acolhimento individual dos(as) participantes. Por meio de experimentações de corpo e movimento, foram criados espaços, lugares outros, heterotopias que acrescentam o debate sobre a ampliação de estratégias micropolíticas de resistências no âmbito das Políticas de Assistência Estudantil na Universidade. Assim, a aposta na criação de espaços, como lugares, como territórios, como pertenças, diz de uma dimensão a partir da qual podemos pensar, nos dias de hoje, práticas políticas de defesa de uma universidade efetivamente democrática em seu acesso, permanência e no direito de existir.
