Níveis de cálcio e de fósforo em dietas para codornas japonesas utilizando fosfato bicálcico com duas granulometrias

Resumo
The objective of this work was to determine the requirements of calcium (Ca) and available phosphorus (AP), Japanese quail producing eggs for human consumption, while maintaining proportional relationship between calcium and phosphorus and varying the particle size of the inorganic phosphate. Two experiments were conducted in the poultry sector of the Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo and lasting 84 days each. In each experiment, we used 480 Japanese quails with 150 days of age, distributed in a completely randomized in a 3x2 factorial arrangement (3 levels for Pd or Ca 2 grainy dicalcium phosphate). To determine the available phosphorus were used three levels of Pd (0.221, 0.323 and 0.596%) and two fine (0.145 mm) and thick (0.310 mm), 10 replicates and eight birds per experimental unit. In both experiments, the experimental diets contained 2800 kcal metabolizable energy per kg and 19.90% crude protein. The determination of the appropriate level of calcium and available phosphorus was estimated using the rate of egg laying marketable, feed intake, the average egg weight, egg mass, feed conversion, gram for gram and kilo per dozen, the absolute and relative weight of shell, yolk and albumen haugh unit, the specific density, bone parameters and serum. In the first experiment we used the fixed level of calcium and available phosphorus levels were rising. We conclude that the level of 0.323% available phosphorus is sufficient to meet the requirement of producing quail eggs for consumption, since there were no impaired production of these birds. In the second experiment in which the level of available phosphorus was fixed at 0.323% and increasing calcium levels, it is concluded that the level of 3.099% calcium was satisfactory to provide best performance, internal egg quality and not cause damage or the parameters or bone to serum minerals Japanese quail production. Furthermore, it can be seen that the inclusion of the dicalcium phosphate coarse generated values higher than those found for the inclusion of finely phosphate for the first experiment, however the inclusion of finely phosphate resulted in better results for the second
