dcterms.abstractEsta dissertação tem como objetivo caracterizar a prática de reincidência da violência física conjugal contra a mulher em suas perspectivas teórico-conceituais, e suas representações na construção dos valores socioeconômicos e culturais que estereotipam para as mulheres um determinado papel social. A reincidência refere-se às ações repetidas. Trata-se, portanto, de um fenômeno de reiteração da violência física contra a mulher e de gênero, observadas no âmbito da relação conjugal, por vezes naturalizadas a partir do valor simbólico que constituem os padrões definidos no âmbito da dominação masculina. Nesta perspectiva, o movimento feminista surge neste trabalho como expressão da luta pela igualdade e equidade de direitos, elucidando a reincidência da violência sofrida por mulheres nas relações conjugais. Para isto, foi realizada uma pesquisa nos boletins de ocorrência registrados na Delegacia Especializada em Atendimento às Mulheres de Vitória - ES (DEAM/Vitória) a partir do método de estudo de caso, no período entre 2004 a 2010. As categorias teóricas que orientaram esta pesquisa fundamentam-se nas proposições de Pierre Bourdieu sobre o símbolo e seus significados, bem como, nas considerações realizadas por Heleieth Iara Bongiovani Saffioti e Joan Wallach Scott ao discutirem o conceito de gênero. Os resultados encontrados apontam que os valores sociais constituídos a partir do sistema patriarcal são percebidos por vias da dominação masculina e da construção dos valores socioeconômicos e culturais que geram para a mulher a submissão favorecendo relações violentas. Assim, o lar deixa de ser o local mais seguro para as mulheres, pois, a reincidência da violência liga-se ao espaço doméstico e a relação conjugal. Isto posto, espera-se que esta dissertação contribua como fonte de constatações da reincidência física conjugal a que mulheres estão expostas e que colabore com alterações nas representações socioeconômicas e culturais que fomentam a permanência do quadro da violência contra a mulher naturalizada nas relações conjugais.por
dcterms.abstractThis dissertation aims to characterize the practice of recidivism of conjugal physical violence against women in their theoretical-conceptual perspectives, their representations in the construction of socioeconomic and cultural values that stereotype for women a certain social role. Recidivism refers to repeated actions. It is, therefore, a phenomenon of reiteration of physical violence against women and gender, observed within the framework of the conjugal relationship, sometimes naturalized, from the symbolic value that constitute the defined patterns within the scope of male domination. In this perspective, the feminist movement appears in this work as an expression of the struggle for equality and equality of rights, elucidating the recurrence of violence suffered by women in marital relations. For this purpose, a survey was carried out on the case reports recorded at the Specialized Vicariate for Women in Vitória - ES (DEAM / Vitória) from the case study method, between 2004 and 2010. The theoretical categories that guided this research are based on Pierre Bourdieu's propositions on the symbol and its meanings, as well as on the considerations made by Heleieth Iara Bongiovani Saffioti and Joan Wallach Scott when discussing the concept of gender. The results show that the social values constituted from the patriarchal system are perceived through male domination, the construction of the socioeconomic and cultural values that generate for the woman the submission, favoring violent relations. Thus, the home is no longer the safest place for women, since the recurrence of violence is linked to the domestic space and the conjugal relationship. Therefore, it is expected that this dissertation contributes as a source of evidence of marital physical recidivism to which women are exposed and that it collaborates with alterations in the socioeconomic and cultural representations that foment the permanence of the violence against the naturalized woman in the conjugal relations.en
