Resumo
This research intends to comprehensively describe the meanings of being (trans) social educator. Education occurs in a variety of situations and in a variety of ways, and therefore, the excluded population finds in different spaces of the school practices and actions that somehow contribute to the confrontation of inequalities. These pedagogical movements are inserted in the social pedagogy that is a science that has as its focus the promotion of the educability of people and groups that are in condition of inequality. In this sense, trans people, in many situations, suffer from family and community rejection, transforming the street into a destination and privileged place for building their identities and flags of resistance, in a society that prevents them from having access to the most social rights Basic. For the construction of this work the qualitative perspective was adopted and the phenomenological-existential method was used as inspiration, having as theoretical reference the contributions of Paulo Freire. The data collection took place from oral history and life that estimated the realization of three non-directive interviews enabling the free expression of a selected trans educator about their ways of being. The social trans teacher is closely linked to the commitment to the dignity of peers, family, and colleagues who have also experienced exclusion in school. Being a social educator is revealed in the attachment to faith when the only destination is the street where fear is a very present sensation. The social (trans) educative Being produces a pedagogy of learning with the scars of the most experienced transvestites, in the production of the body and in the construction proposals and projects that bring citizenship and joy to this population. The social (trans) educative Being is involved in resisting the dehumanization promoted by drugs, prostitution, relationships with pimps and pimps and by an educational model that does not accept differences and imposes evasion. Being a social educator is, fundamentally, constructing an education on the "street floor", established in being-with-another, adapted to the reality lived by the trans people and that seeks to be more, transforming daily rebellions into actions Revolutionaries.
