Resumo
It is pointed out that Preschool Education (PE) and Country Education (CE) are gaining visibility in the social prospect, creating a nearness of those both fields, especially with the agenda of obligatorily of children registration after 4 years of age (Constitutional Amendment 59/2009). With the emergency of registration for all children, municipalities are compelled to an offering expansion, to the creation of public treatment politics and to elaboration of pedagogical proposals to the first stage of basic education according to the National Curriculum Guidelines for PE (BRAZIL, 2009), which is the first national document that promotes a dialogue between PE and CE, confirming the guarantee of the right to small children from Brazilian country. In this way, we have a context of newness to the educational prospect that instigate debates, study and action propositions. In these challenges we focus on the initiative of extensive rooms for Preschool Education in the Countryside (PEC) engaged by the municipality of Pancas - ES, aiming to characterize that offering and to know the demand put to teacher work. With a referential sustained by Certeau and by the pertinent legislation related to the right of children between 0 and 6 years of age, to PE and to CE, in articulation with the propositions of the fields associated to work PE, CE, teacher development - we have made a qualitative explanatorily research, inspired in the ethnography. We have used as tools for research the questionnaire, the private and collective interviews, this one made through the focal group and observation. The extensive rooms of PEC have been shown as one of the possibilities for small children inclusion from the country into the education system through the offering amplification. However, with the recognition of achievements it is important to beckon to the challenges that are presented in this prospective of expansion of covering, foreseeing difficulties connected to infrastructure, to the used educational process, to the formative process for the professionals, among others, amidst the acting of the subjects in the constitution of the PEC.
