Resumo
This research integrates studies carried out and underway within the scope of the Education and Languages research line of the Graduate Program in Education of the Federal University of Espírito Santo and the Literacy, Reading and Writing Research Group, coordinated by Mrs. Cláudia Maria Mendes Gontijo and the Center for Studies and Research on Literacy, Reading and Writing in Espírito Santo (NEPALES). Based on the philosophy of language elaborated by Mikhail M. Bakhtin, the documentary research aimed, in general, to understand the pedagogical proposal of literacy realized in the notebooks titled Teacher's Book and Portuguese Language, published in 2012, to subsidize the literacy practices of children in learning acceleration classes linked to the Ayrton Senna Institute's Se Liga program. It discusses literacy in accelerating learning classes of children in grade-age distortion and the influences of neoliberal logic in expanding the performance of private institutions, such as the Ayrton Senna Institute, in social policies specifically related to public education. Believes that even amid discourses apparently constitute a common agenda in defense of the quality of education, its actions are aligned with meeting the demands of the capitalist market and the demands of international organizations, with the materialization of didactic-pedagogical proposals that promote the maintenance of order. social policy, the control of teaching work and the distancing of the political character of literacy
