Resumo
This article aims to present a social education space aimed at black youth aged 15 to 29 years. The Center develops affirmative actions with public policies aimed at socio-educational actions, promoting social inclusion and serving black youth in the region. By reading the Plans and Annual Reports of the Center, we observed that there is work to encourage the appreciation of black culture, youth empowerment, awareness, strengthening of ethnic-racial identity and anti-racist social education, in the confrontation of racism and in the formation of a critical consciousness among the young people assisted
